Mrs. Douma returned to her hometown of Enid following her graduation from the University of Oklahoma. Here she gained over 15 years’ experience in the environmental remediation field. She has extensive knowledge of the principals, practices, and techniques of soil and groundwater investigation and remediation at leaking underground storage tank (LUST) and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) sites. Jennifer works directly with teaming partners on federal contract projects as well as site owners of private facilities to ensure that customer, quality and regulatory requirements are met.

Specific work experience includes project administration, reporting and contracting for sites utilizing in situ remediation techniques including groundwater treatment systems, phytoremediation and bioremediation. She is a WAFWA-certified Technical Service Provider for the Lesser Prairie Chicken Range-wide Conservation Plan (RWP) and performs pre-construction compliance screenings for the energy industry.

Bryan Fischer

Mr. Fischer is a native to NW Oklahoma, raised in a farming family outside of Covington. Upon graduation from Oklahoma State University, he began his career in the Environmental and Energy Industry. His experience includes work on extensive remediation projects where he has gained significant acumen and training from a diverse group of colleagues and peers.

Working on assignments of scale for large corporations as well as independent operators in the oil and gas industry, Bryan has a broad understanding of remediation and a strong desire to return the land to its natural state. He has experience in phytoremediation, multi-phase extraction, in situ bioremediation, groundwater treatment systems and soil/groundwater monitoring. Additionally, he provides licensed oversight for the decommissioning and removal of Underground Storage Tank (UST) systems, pre-construction compliance for pipeline Right-of-Way (ROW) projects, as well as site restoration and maintenance project management.

Mr. Woodard is a native to NW Oklahoma, where he farms and ranches part-time North of Enid, OK. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City and has broad experience in drafting, design and engineering. His environmental experience includes application of remedial products, soil and groundwater monitoring, vacuum extraction, and installation, operation and removal of air sparge, multi-phase extraction, free product, vapor recovery and phytoremediation systems.

Mrs. Trammel is a NW Oklahoma native and certified Computer Aided Design (CAD) draftsman. For over 15 years, she has worked with professional engineers, geologists and hydrologists to create and update technical drawings based on project specifications and calculations. In addition to her drafting responsibilities, Dee partners with project managers on data management and project administration tasks. Her attention to detail and easy communication style make her an invaluable project team member.
